The candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, understanding their fashion requirements, showcasing products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience while achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Welcome and attend to walk-in customers at the store. Understand customer preferences and suggest suitable fashion products. Explain product features, quality, pricing, and offers to customers. Handle counter sales and billing-related activities. Maintain proper product display and store presentation. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Manage customer queries and provide excellent customer service. Maintain product stock and coordinate with the store team. Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases. Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the sales counter. Required Skills Good communication and customer-handling skills.
