- Handle international travel-related customer queries.
- Assist customers with flight bookings and itinerary details.
- Manage booking modifications and cancellations.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Required Skills

- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Good customer-handling skills.
- Minimum 1 year of international BPO experience.
