Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and sales-oriented candidates for the ISD – DTH role. The candidate will be responsible for attending walk-in customers at assigned showrooms, explaining Airtel Broadband and DTH services, and converting customer enquiries into successful sales.
Roles & Responsibilities
Attend walk-in customers visiting MYG, Croma and Pittappillil showrooms.
Explain Airtel Broadband and DTH plans, offers and benefits to customers.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable broadband connections.
Convince potential customers and convert enquiries into sales.
Generate leads and achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain good customer relationships and provide product information.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure successful customer onboarding.
Candidate Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills.
Customer-handling skills are preferred.
Freshers or Minimum 1 year experienced candidates can apply.
Willingness to work at assigned showroom locations.
