Job Summary
We are looking for a Broadband Installation Engineer responsible for installing, fitting, configuring, and maintaining Airtel Xstream Fiber broadband connections at customer locations, including houses, shops, and commercial establishments.
Roles & Responsibilities
Install and configure Airtel Xstream Fiber broadband connections at customer premises.
Carry out broadband cable routing, wiring, fitting, and installation work.
Install and set up Wi-Fi routers, and other broadband equipment.
Perform installation and fitting at residential and commercial sites such as houses, shops, and offices.
Handle broadband maintenance, and technical complaints.
Identify and resolve internet connectivity and network-related issues.
Ensure proper cable connections, signal quality, and network performance.
Visit customer locations for new installations, repairs, and maintenance.
Ensure timely completion of installation and service requests.
Maintain good customer relationships and provide basic technical support.
Eligibility Criteria

- Experience
- Fresher / Experienced.

Key Skills Required
Knowledge of broadband / FTTH installation is an added advantage.
