Job Summary
We are looking for a Kitchen Stewarding Technician (KST) to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area and support the kitchen team in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans and kitchen equipment.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floor, slabs, storage area and garbage area.
Operate dishwashing machine and maintain chemicals properly.
Segregate dry and wet garbage as per hygiene standards.
Assist kitchen staff in receiving and storing raw materials.
Maintain proper storage of cleaned utensils and crockery.
Follow FSSAI and hotel hygiene and safety standards.
Wear uniform, cap, gloves and follow grooming standards.
