Minimum Experience of 2 year's in Tele-calling Location- Jogeshwari West
Make outbound calls to existing customers for retention, feedback collection, and relationship management.
Understand customer concerns, resolve queries, and improve customer satisfaction.
Handle objections and provide suitable solutions to retain customers.
Collect and record customer feedback and update details in the CRM/system.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and service continuity.
Achieve assigned calling targets and retention goals.
