Job Overview

We are urgently hiring 30 experienced Commercial / Heavy Vehicle Drivers to operate Road Washing and Road Cleaning Vehicles across designated routes in Mumbai. This is a dedicated Night Shift role responsible for keeping city roads clean using specialized cleaning and water-sprinkling trucks.

Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Operation

Safely drive road washing and road cleaning vehicles along assigned routes in Mumbai.

Cleaning Execution

Operate vehicle-mounted water spraying and washing equipment effectively during night runs.

Route & Schedule Adherence

Follow designated routes, timings, and instructions provided by the shift supervisor.

Safety & Compliance

Strictly obey traffic regulations, city driving guidelines, and safety protocols.

Daily Inspections

Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections (checking oil levels, water tanks, tire pressure, and lights).

Maintenance Reporting

Promptly report any mechanical faults, breakdown issues, or servicing requirements to the fleet maintenance team.

Eligibility Criteria

License (Mandatory): Must possess a valid Transport Driving License (Heavy / Commercial).

Experience

2 to 3 years of commercial vehicle or heavy motor vehicle (HMV) driving experience.

Age Limit

25 to 45 years.

Preferred Experience: Prior experience driving road cleaning trucks, water tankers, sprinkler vehicles, or municipal fleet trucks will be a strong advantage.

Shift Commitment

Full willingness to work fixed night shifts (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
