Key Responsibilities

Purchase & Vendor Management (Major Responsibility)

Handle day-to-day purchase accounting and purchase entries.

Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO).

Coordinate with vendors for quotations, rates and purchase requirements.

Verify vendor invoices, bills and purchase orders.

Maintain vendor ledgers and outstanding payment records.

Track purchase orders, material deliveries and pending supplies.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

Coordinate with the Purchase, Store and Accounts departments.

Accounts & Finance

Handle sales and purchase entries in Tally.

Manage bank reconciliation.

Handle GST, TDS and related documentation.

Maintain accounts payable and receivable.

Verify bills, invoices and payment records.

Assist in monthly closing and accounting reports.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts & Purchase.

Good knowledge of Tally and Advanced MS Excel.

Knowledge of GST, TDS and vendor reconciliation.

Strong follow-up and vendor coordination skills.

Good understanding of purchase processes and documentation.

Pay

₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
