Role Overview

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented professional to handle purchase coordination, vendor management, quotations, and order processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle product inquiries and prepare quotations.
• Source products and coordinate with vendors.
• Negotiate pricing and manage vendor communication.
• Process purchase orders and coordinate timely delivery.
• Follow up with vendors for order status and dispatch.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.
• Maintain vendor records and purchase-related documentation.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in purchase coordination or related roles.
• Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Strong team coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build positive working relationships and maintain strong team bonding.
• Proficiency in MS Office/CRM.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
