Purchase Executive

Key Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement preferred.

Good knowledge of vendor sourcing and negotiation.

Experience in obtaining and comparing quotations.

Ability to prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up with vendors.

Vendor management and maintaining good supplier relationships.

Knowledge of GST, invoices basic purchase documentation.

Coordination with accounts, stores, production, and other departments.

Follow-up for material delivery and pending orders.

Ability to maintain purchase records, vendor details, and stock-related documents.

Good MS Excel knowledge.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Should be organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple purchase requirements.

Qualification

Graduate preferred; candidates with relevant purchase/procurement experience can be considered.
