Job Description – Telecaller (Sales)

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
• Explain the company’s products or services to customers over the phone.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
• Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good relationships.
• Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in sales.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle customer objections and follow up effectively.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
• Target-oriented, confident, and enthusiastic personality.
• Hindi communication skills; basic English is an advantage.

Salary \& Benefits

• Monthly salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000, depending on experience and skills.
