About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, trend-aware Social Media Intern/Executive to own and run Brickbytes’ presence on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Your main goal is to keep our pages active every day with fresh, engaging content that grows our reach and community organically.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Brickbytes accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Post content daily (reels, shorts, stories, posts, carousels) on a consistent schedule
• Track daily trends, audios, hashtags, and viral formats, and adapt them for our brand
• Grow organic reach, followers, and engagement without paid ads
• Plan a weekly/monthly content calendar
• Create content around real estate tech, such as interactive plot maps, 3D/drone views, and before/after of paper brochures vs. live maps
• Write captions, hooks, and hashtags, and coordinate with the team on visuals and videos
• Reply to comments and DMs and engage with the community
• Track performance (reach, views, followers, engagement) and share simple weekly reports
• Experiment with new content ideas and formats based on what works

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube (especially Reels and Shorts)
• Good eye for trends and the ability to act on them fast
• Basic content creation and editing skills (Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar)
• Good written communication and caption writing
• Self-driven and comfortable with daily posting deadlines
• Freshers are welcome to apply

Nice to Have

• Experience managing a personal or brand page with real growth
• Interest in real estate, startups, or tech
• Basic knowledge of SEO and hashtag strategy
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and YouTube Studio
• Photography, videography, or on-camera comfort
