Site Project Executive & Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure timely execution.
• Prepare, maintain, and close snag lists by coordinating with relevant teams and vendors.
• Supervise workers, contractors, and on-site activities to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Oversee repair work, maintenance, installations, and other property readiness requirements.
• Coordinate logistics, materials, manpower, and resources required for project completion.
• Identify on-site issues, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure quick resolution.
• Ensure the property is fully operational and launch-ready within the given deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and management to provide regular project updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Fresher can apply too but experience in project/site management, preferably in hospitality, construction, or infrastructure.
• Strong coordination, supervision, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage contractors, vendors, and on-ground teams.
• Good understanding of basic civil, electrical, plumbing, and maintenance work.
• Willingness to travel extensively to different property locations.
• Hands-on approach with strong ownership and accountability.

Pay

₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
