Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients as per doctor’s instructions
• Monitor vital signs, patient condition, and maintain accurate nursing records
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments safely
• Assist gynaecologists and medical teams during examinations and procedures
• Prepare patients for procedures, surgeries, and discharge
• Maintain hygiene, infection-control practices, and patient safety standards
• Provide counselling and emotional support to patients and attendants
• Coordinate with doctors, ward staff, and other departments
• Follow hospital protocols, documentation standards, and shift duties

Qualification \& Requirements

• ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing qualification
• Valid nursing registration preferred
• Prior experience in gynaecology, obstetrics, IVF, OT, or women’s hospital is preferred
• Freshers with strong clinical knowledge and willingness to learn may also apply
• Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
• Willingness to work rotational shifts as per hospital requirements
