Collection Executive / Officer

Contact customers regarding pending loan payments and overdue accounts. Follow up with customers through calls and field visits for payment collection. Remind customers about EMI due dates and outstanding balances. Handle customer queries related to loan repayments. Negotiate repayment plans with overdue customers. Maintain daily collection reports and update payment status. Achieve monthly collection targets. Coordinate with the collection team and reporting manager.
