About the Role

Bizadepts Technologies Private Limited is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and proactive Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team.

The selected candidate will primarily focus on marketing and brand growth for Hangivo, our social hangout and event discovery platform that helps people discover, create, and participate in activities such as trips, parties, sports, study sessions, and other social gatherings.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about social media, enjoys creating engaging content, understands current digital trends, and can turn creative ideas into effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow the company's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

Create engaging social media posts, promotional posters, reels, stories, and other marketing creatives.

Plan and execute content calendars, promotional campaigns, and brand awareness activities.

Develop creative marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, app downloads, user registrations, and event participation.

Identify and collaborate with influencers, content creators, colleges, communities, and potential business partners.

Promote public events and encourage users to create and participate in hangouts through Hangivo.

Coordinate with event organisers and assist in planning, organising, and promoting offline events.

Coordinate video shoots, photography, and content production with the internal team.

Monitor social media performance, audience engagement, and campaign results.

Research current social media trends and suggest innovative marketing ideas.

Requirements

Freshers and candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Good understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design tools.

Creativity and an understanding of current social media trends.

Good communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.

Ability to create engaging content and think creatively.

Willingness to meet people, attend events, and build professional relationships.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned marketing activities.

Preferred Skills

Experience in social media management or digital marketing.

Basic video editing skills and knowledge of creating Instagram Reels.

Knowledge of Meta Ads and social media analytics.

Experience in influencer marketing, event promotions, or brand collaborations.

Experience promoting mobile applications, startups, or technology products.
