No Smoking, Drinking or Tobacco: Smoking, drinking alcohol, or using any tobacco-related products is strictly not allowed while working, and also not allowed at the staff accommodation provided by the company. If a worker is found guilty of this, their salary will not be paid and they will be removed from work immediately.

Login/Reporting Time: Reporting to work on time is preferred. If proper login time is not maintained, salary will be cut as per the discretion of the owner.

Cleanliness

Proper cleanliness has to be maintained at all times. If cleanliness is not maintained, salary will be deducted.

Initial Training Period: An initial training period of 7 to 14 days will be given without any salary. Once the owner is satisfied with the worker's performance, the salary period begins from that day.

Behaviour: Any misbehaviour will not be entertained. A warning will be given first; if the issue is not resolved by the worker after the warning, they will be fired immediately.

Food Service: Proper serving of food is required at all times. Workers must ensure they receive proper training for this before serving customers.

Initial Salary & Bonus: The initial salary, i.e., the first month's salary, will be in the range of ₹12,000 to ₹14,000, based on performance during the training period. If the work is good, a bonus will be provided at the discretion of the owner. From the second month onward, salary will be revised based on skill, reliability and performance.

Time Slots & Breaks

There will be fixed time slots with breaks. All workers are required to follow the same time slots without exception.

Accommodation: Staff accommodation is available for workers who require it, subject to availability and the terms set by the owner / management. Workers staying in company-provided accommodation must follow all rules mentioned above, including Rule 1.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Order Management

Monitor and accept incoming orders on Swiggy / Zomato / Magicpin tablets promptly.

Confirm order details and preparation time accurately.

Food Preparation

Prepare menu items following ProPunch's standard recipes and portion sizes
