Nandi IVF is looking for a professional, patient-focused Receptionist cum Financial Counsellor who can effectively manage front-desk operations, patient coordination, financial counselling, follow-ups, and support the overall patient journey from enquiry to treatment.

Working Hours- 9.30 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday

Receptionist cum Financial Counsellor – Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and attendants professionally and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Manage patient registration, appointments, check-ins, and front-desk operations.
• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, appointment bookings, and patient coordination.
• Coordinate with doctors, counsellors, nursing staff, and other departments for smooth patient flow.
• Explain consultation procedures, investigations, treatment-related requirements, and appointment schedules to patients.
• Counsel patients regarding IVF treatment packages, estimated costs, payment options, offers, and inclusions/exclusions.
• Provide clear, transparent, and patient-friendly information regarding financial aspects of treatment.
• Follow up with patients after consultation to assist with treatment planning and package conversion.
• Maintain accurate patient, appointment, counselling, and financial records in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the accounts team regarding payments, receipts, packages, and billing-related queries.
• Address patient concerns professionally and escalate clinical or complex financial queries to the appropriate team.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and financial information.
• Achieve assigned patient coordination, follow-up, and conversion targets while maintaining high standards of patient care.
• Support the clinic team in maintaining efficient day-to-day operations and delivering an excellent patient experience.

Pay

₹15,809.20 - ₹37,629.12 per month
