Job Summary

We are looking for a clear-spoken, motivated, and empathetic Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will assist customers by addressing their queries, resolving basic service or product issues, and providing an exceptional service experience in both Malayalam and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound customer queries via phone calls, email, or chat in Malayalam and Hindi.

Understand customer needs, troubleshoot basic issues, and offer accurate product or service information.

Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate internal teams.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and ticket statuses.

Build positive relationships with customers through polite, professional, and empathetic communication.

Requirements & Skills

Education

Higher Secondary (10+2), Diploma, or Any Graduate degree.

Languages

Professional fluency (verbal and written) in both Malayalam and Hindi. Conversational English is a plus.

Experience

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Skills

Strong listening skills, active problem-solving, basic computer literacy, and phone etiquette.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
