Key Requirements

• Must have an existing client pipeline/network
• Experience in Recruitment/Staffing Business Development
• Strong B2B client acquisition \& relationship management skills
• Must understand the end-to-end recruitment process – Client Sourcing → Requirement Generation → Candidate Sourcing → Interview → Selection → Joining
• Ability to generate new recruitment mandates and achieve business targets
• Strong communication, negotiation \& follow-up skills

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and generate recruitment requirements
• Manage existing client relationships and develop repeat business
• Coordinate with recruiters for timely candidate delivery
• Handle client negotiations, follow-ups and closures
• Maintain sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets
