CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, edit, and optimize manual CNC programs at machine control panel
• Programming using G \& M codes for CNC Turning machines
• Interpret engineering drawings and machining specifications
• Tool selection, tool offset setting, and prove-out of programs
• Support CNC operators during setup and production runs

Required Skills \& Knowledge

• Strong hands-on experience in Manual CNC programming
• Knowledge of Control Fanuc, Siemens (preferred)
• Good understanding of machining processes and cutting parameters
• Knowledge of GD\&T and measuring instruments
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple jobs
