- Generate new leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, field visits, and other sources.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
- Explain project details, location, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and investment benefits to customers.
- Follow up regularly with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Schedule and coordinate property/project site visits for interested customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide suitable property options based on their requirements and budget.
- Convert qualified leads into site visits and sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities in CRM or reporting systems.
- Coordinate with the marketing, telecalling, and sales teams to maximize lead conversion.
- Negotiate with customers and assist in completing the booking and documentation process.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, property prices, and customer preferences.
- Build a strong network of potential buyers, investors, brokers, and referral partners.
