Customer Service Representatives (CSR)

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Explain game rules, facilities, and activities clearly to customers.
• Demonstrate games and assist customers during their experience.
• Handle billing, cashiering, and payment transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment.
• Address customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
• Follow company policies, procedures, grooming standards, and uniform guidelines.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.

Eligibility \& Requirements

• Minimum 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service orientation and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
• Comfortable with standing for extended periods.
• Comfortable working rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Candidates currently residing in Hyderabad are preferred.

Working Hours

• 9-hour shift per day
• 1 weekly weekly off
• Weekends and public holidays may be working days depending on business requirements.

Shift Timings

F - Rotational Shifts

• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

M - Rotational Shifts

• 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Shift Flexibility

Candidates should be comfortable with the applicable rotational shifts during the initial 15 days of employment.
