Business Development Executive (BDE)

Business Development Executive (BDE)-Night Shifts Only.

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to understand client requirements, coordinate with job support resources and consultants, and manage client communication throughout the engagement process.

Key Responsibilities

Understand and analyze client requirements and technical needs.

Coordinate with suitable consultants and job support resources based on client requirements.

Handle outbound calls, emails, and chat communication with clients and consultants.

Clearly communicate client requirements to the appropriate resources.

Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to understand their needs and provide timely updates.

Coordinate between clients and consultants to ensure smooth communication and engagement.

Manage the engagement process from initial requirement gathering through successful closure.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.

Track leads, follow-ups, and engagement status to ensure timely closure.

Work toward achieving business development and engagement targets.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good understanding of technical requirements and the ability to communicate them effectively.

Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Comfortable making outbound calls and handling client communications.

Good negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.

Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Preferred Experience

Experience in Business Development, IT Staffing, Recruitment, Job Support, Sales, or Client Coordination is preferred.

Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also be considered.
