HOUSEKEEPING FIELD OFFICER

Field Officer – Facility Management

Location: Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience: 3–7 Years

Job Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire Housekeeping Staff, Supervisors, Pickers, Packers, and other manpower.
• Ensure timely deployment of employees to client locations.
• Visit client sites and monitor daily operations.
• Handle attendance, discipline, and manpower replacements.
• Coordinate with clients and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain daily recruitment and site reports.
• Achieve hiring targets within timelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Facility Management or Manpower Recruitment.
• Experience in bulk hiring of blue-collar manpower is mandatory.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
• Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
• Willing to travel within Kurnool and nearby areas.

Immediate Joiners Preferred.
