Fresher Full-Stack Developer - Vibe Coding / Agent Automation

Zyro Logistics is looking for a motivated Fresher Full-Stack Developer to join our early-stage logistics company in Kochi.

This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience who is interested in web development, AI tools, vibe coding, agent automation, and building real-world business applications.

You will work closely with our team to build and improve digital tools that make logistics operations simpler, faster, and more efficient.

What You'll Work On

Build and maintain web applications and internal business tools

Develop tools for operations, customers, and internal teams

Use modern AI-assisted coding and agent automation tools to build solutions faster

Create and automate business workflows

Test, debug, and improve applications and features

Connect applications with APIs and third-party services

Work with databases and backend systems

Identify business problems and develop practical technical solutions

Explore and learn new technologies and development tools

Work closely with the team to turn ideas into working products

Who We're Looking For

Fresh graduate or candidate with 0-1 year of experience

Strong problem-solving and logical-thinking ability

Curious and eager to learn new technologies

Interest in AI tools, automation, and modern software development

Willingness to experiment and learn by building

Sense of ownership and willingness to take responsibility

Good communication and teamwork skills

Strong numerical and analytical aptitude is a plus

Technical Skills

Knowledge of some of the following is an advantage

HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

React or other frontend frameworks

Node.js or other backend technologies

Python

SQL and databases

REST APIs

Git and GitHub

AI coding tools

Workflow automation tools

Basic understanding of cloud or deployment concepts
