Accounts Executive - Finance & Accounts

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Accounts Executive to join our team. Freshers with a basic understanding of accounting are encouraged to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records, invoices, receipts, and payment entries.
• Assist in accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, and expense tracking.
• Prepare and maintain financial documents, reports, and supporting records.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients regarding billing and payment-related queries.
• Assist the senior accounts team with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely updating of accounting records.

Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or a related qualification.
• 0–1 year of experience in accounting; freshers are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime is an added advantage.
• Good attention to detail, numerical ability, and communication skills.
