Role Overview

We are looking for disciplined, detail-oriented, and highly motivated fresh graduates to join our Government Tendering & Bid Management team.

This role provides exposure to government procurement processes, proposal management, compliance documentation, stakeholder communication, and coordination across multiple teams. Candidates will work closely with business, engineering, and operations teams to support tender submissions and government project opportunities.

No prior experience in tendering or bid management is required. We are looking for candidates with a strong learning mindset, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Tender Monitoring & Tracking

Monitor government procurement portals regularly.

Identify relevant tenders in drones, GIS, software, analytics, infrastructure, and technology domains.

Track submission deadlines, corrigendums, pre-bid meetings, and compliance requirements.

Maintain accurate records of tender opportunities.

Tender Analysis & Documentation

Read and understand RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and tender documents.

Extract and summarize key eligibility and technical requirements.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect required information.

Technical Coordination

Work closely with engineering, operations, and business teams.

Understand technology solutions at a conceptual level.

Assist in preparing technical proposals, presentations, and supporting documents.

Compliance & Documentation Management

Organize company certifications, legal documents, financial records, and technical documentation.

Ensure submission completeness and compliance.

Verify formats, checklists, and documentation accuracy.

Stakeholder Coordination

Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, partners, and government stakeholders.

Follow up on pending actions and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Support pre-bid meetings and proposal discussions.
