Key Responsibilities

Pantry \& Refreshment Duties

• Prepare Beverages: Brew and serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests.

Office Support \& Errands

• Document Delivery: Sort and deliver files, letters, and packages between departments or offices.
• Equipment Assistance: Operate office machines like printers, scanners, and photocopiers, or refill paper trays.
• General Cleanliness: Perform basic dusting and help keep desks, common areas, and walkways tidy.
• Administrative Help: Assist staff with routine physical tasks and basic office organization.

Job Requirements

• Education: Minimum 10th or 12th standard pass.
• Experience: 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in an office or hospitality field
• Skills: Basic tea/coffee making, fundamental hygiene knowledge, and familiarity with office equipment.
• Traits: Punctual, polite, disciplined, and responsive to instructions
• Manage Meetings: Set up meeting rooms and serve refreshments during client visits.
• Keep Pantry Clean: Wash cups, clean utensils, and maintain a hygienic pantry area.
• Stock Supplies: Monitor inventory of tea, coffee, sugar, snacks, and paper cups; restock when low.
