Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive for our Project Management \& BIM/VDC divisions. If you are passionate for growth we are waiting to welcome you.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads
• Present company services and convert leads into business.
• Manage follow-ups, client meetings, proposals, etc.
• Handle social media \& lead generation campaigns.
• Achieve sales targets and explore new market opportunities.
• Represent the company at various business events.

Education

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or relevant field.

Experience

Enthusiastic freshers with learning attitude and growth mindset.

Requirements

• Strong communication, negotiation \& presentation skills.
• Lead generation and client conversion ability.
• Knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and digital platforms.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive personality.
• Good networking and PR skills.
