• 3+ years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or a similar role
• Fluent English communication is mandatory (verbal and written)
• Ability to handle customer calls, emails, and follow-ups professionally
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and customers
• Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude

Preferred Skills

• Experience interacting with domestic and international customers
• Basic knowledge of CRM or support management tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently

Pay

₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
