Job Summary

Responsible for managing the tool crib and performing tool setting activities for CNC/VMC machines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cutting tools, inserts, holders, and tooling inventory.

• Perform tool setting, tool measurement, and offset setting.

• Ensure timely availability of tools as per production requirements.

• Monitor tool condition, tool life, and consumption.

• Maintain tool crib records and stock.

• Coordinate with Production and Machine Shop teams.

Required Qualification

ITI / Diploma – Mechanical / Tool \& Die

Experience

1–2 years in Tool Crib \& Tool Setting.

Skills Required

• CNC/VMC tool setting
• Cutting tool \& insert knowledge
• Tool offset and measurement
• Tool inventory management
• Basic machining knowledge

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
