About the Role

ADA Tech Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Sales \& Customer Support to lead, motivate, and manage our Sales \& Customer Support team.

The ideal candidate should have strong team-handling, sales, customer service, communication, and performance management skills with the ability to achieve team targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Sales \& Customer Support team.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets and monitor team performance.
• Drive the team toward achieving sales and customer service KPIs.
• Monitor calls, follow-ups, conversions, and customer interactions.
• Coach and motivate team members to improve their performance.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve issues professionally.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Track team productivity and prepare performance reports.
• Identify performance gaps and provide appropriate training and feedback.
• Coordinate with management to achieve business goals.
• Maintain proper records and ensure adherence to company processes.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Customer Support, BPO, Telecalling, or a related field.
• Previous Team Leader / Team Handling experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable handling customer escalations.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
