Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students. Understand students’ educational and career requirements. Explain relevant courses, programs, and learning solutions. Guide prospective learners throughout the enrollment process. Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication. Convert qualified leads into enrollments/admissions. Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets. Earn attractive performance-based incentives in addition to the fixed compensation.
