Job Overview

We are hiring enthusiastic and result-driven HR Executives (Freshers / 0–1 Year Experience) for IT & Non-IT recruitment. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment, client acquisition, and employee engagement in a dynamic workplace.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles (from fresher to mid-level)

Source, screen, and schedule candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sources

Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers

Actively work on acquiring new recruitment clients for Kramah Software

Coordinate and follow up with internal teams and external clients

Support employee welfare and engagement activities

Collaborate with the HR and operations team on various ongoing HR initiatives

Daily reporting of work progress and candidate status

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master’s degree with HR specialization (Preferred)

0–1 years of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT)

Strong sourcing and screening skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.

Good written and verbal communication skills

Own laptop and willingness to carry it to the office daily

Must be willing to work from office (Bangalore)

Should be a team player, dynamic, with a positive attitude
