About the Role

Voylux Leisure, a Kochi-based travel and tourism company, is hiring Business Development Associates for our B2C sales team. Whether you have travel industry sales experience or are a fresher looking to build a career in sales, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Convert customer inquiries into confirmed travel bookings

Handle B2C sales calls and follow-ups

Recommend travel packages based on customer needs

Build long-term customer relationships

Meet monthly sales targets

Coordinate with the operations team on bookings

Who We're Looking For (any one of the below)

Candidates with B2C sales experience, especially in travel/tourism

Candidates with a diploma/certificate in Travel & Tourism

Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in a sales career

Must-Have Skills

Good communication in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus)

Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)

Target-driven, confident, customer-first attitude
