Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Handle inquiries from visitors, clients, and employees
Maintain visitor log and issue visitor passes
Receive, sort, and distribute couriers and mail
Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
Coordinate with internal departments as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or minimum 12th pass
Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
Pleasant personality and professional appearance
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Good organizational and multitasking skills
