Business Development Executive (BDE)

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in fueling our sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads for our cutting-edge IT Services. Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify high-potential B2B leads through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels.

Appointment Setting

Secure meetings for the sales team with qualified decision-makers to drive conversions.

Market Research

Conduct in-depth research on target industries, companies, and key stakeholders to tailor outreach strategies.

Outreach Strategy

Develop and execute effective cold calling and emailing campaigns to maximize engagement and response rates.

Performance Goals

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

Collaboration

Partner closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up.

Industry Awareness

Stay informed on IT/SaaS industry trends, competitor activities, and product updates to maintain a competitive edge.

Process Improvement

Contribute innovative ideas to refine and optimize lead generation strategies and workflows.

International Outreach

Leverage experience in international cold calling to expand our global reach (preferred but not required).
