Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Telecaller with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, pitching our services/products, addressing customer inquiries, and generating quality leads or scheduling follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided lead lists.

Clearly communicate product and service details to prospective clients.

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Handle objections, questions, and feedback in a polite and professional manner.

Maintain accurate call logs, client feedback, and lead statuses.

Follow up regularly with prospective clients to build rapport and close deals.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience

2 to 3 years of proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.

Strong verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.

Target-oriented mindset with the ability to handle customer objections calmly.

Basic computer literacy for tracking and updating lead data.
