KEY RESULT AREAS
- Customer account Management ; customer handling
- Will be a single point of contact (SPOC) for all customers in Chennai, Location
- Responsible for liasioning with BSNL
- Should possess knowledge on leased lines, links, modems, converters, MUX , router , MPLS
- Team management / data center / POP management
- SLA review
- Ensure customer satisfaction
