Scientist-Trainee (Analytical chemistry)

Sample Analysis: Perform qualitative & quantitative analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using techniques like HPLC, GC, LC-MS, and spectroscopy.

Method Development & Validation: Assist in creating, validating, and implementing new analytical methods as per regulatory guidelines (e.g., ICH).

Instrumentation

Operate, calibrate, and maintain lab equipment (HPLC, GC, balances, etc.).

Documentation

Maintain meticulous records, review data, prepare reports, and draft SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

Compliance

Ensure all work adheres to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), cGMP, and quality standards (NABL/ISO).

Collaboration

Work with R&D, QC, and other teams; liaise with suppliers/customers.

Troubleshooting

Provide support for analytical issues and resolve technical challenges.

Education

Master degree in Chemistry or a related science.

Technical Skills

Familiarity with analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, UV-Vis) and software.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and teamwork.

Knowledge

Understanding of regulatory requirements (FDA, ICH) and quality systems.
