We are hiring experienced VKYC Executives to handle customer verification through video calls. The ideal candidate should be confident, presentable, and have strong communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Video KYC (VKYC) verification for customers.

Verify customer details and documents as per company guidelines.

Communicate professionally with customers through video calls.

Follow VKYC processes and compliance requirements accurately.

Ensure accuracy during the verification process.

Maintain a professional customer experience throughout the interaction.

Candidate Requirements

Graduation is mandatory.

Prior experience in VKYC / Video KYC is required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Confident and presentable personality.

Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary and Work Details

Salary

Up to ₹30,000–₹32,000 in-hand per month.

Working Hours

9 hours per day.

Shift Timing

Rotational shifts between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

Weekly Off

Rotational.

Employment Type

Full-Time.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates with relevant VKYC / Video KYC experience and immediate availability will be preferred.
