About the Role

We are looking for a Store Audit & Accounts Executive to manage accounting activities and conduct financial and operational audits across our offline retail stores.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

Manage vendor payments, bank reconciliation, petty cash, and ledgers.

Prepare MIS and financial reports.

Conduct store audits covering cash, billing, inventory, and stock reconciliation.

Identify discrepancies and coordinate with store teams for resolution.

Support month-end closing and internal/external audits.

Ensure compliance with financial policies, GST and TDS requirements.

Requirements

4–5 years of experience in Accounts/Finance.

Tally ERP/Tally Prime is mandatory.

Experience in retail/store accounting or D2C preferred.

Strong knowledge of reconciliations, MIS, and MS Excel.

Exposure to store audits, inventory reconciliation, GST/TDS is an advantage.

Willingness to travel across stores when required.
