Blended Support/ Customer Support Executive /International Customer Service /BPO.

JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle customer queries through voice and chat process.

Understand customer's concerns and provide accurate resolutions.

Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.

Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Follow process guidelines and service standards.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Excellent Communication Skills in English.

Any Gradute or Undergraduate except (B.Tech, LLB, LLM, B.Pharma, M.Pharma, MCA).

Candidate's current location should be Delhi/Gurugram.

Canditates should be ok to work in rotational shifts.

Freshers.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
