Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake pizzas, breads, pastries, and other bakery products.
• Handle pizza dough preparation, toppings, sauces, and baking.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
• Follow proper food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
• Manage ingredient preparation, storage, and inventory.
• Keep the kitchen and equipment clean and organized.
• Follow recipes and production schedules efficiently.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team during busy hours.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a bakery, pizzeria, café, or similar food outlet.
• Good knowledge of pizza preparation and baking techniques.
• Basic knowledge of bakery products and ingredients.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good hygiene, discipline, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Preferred

Candidates with hands-on experience in pizza making and bakery production will be preferred.
