Patient Assessment \& Monitoring: Conducting physical exams, checking vitals (blood pressure, pulse, temperature), observing symptoms, and recognizing changes in health status early.
Medication and Treatment Administration: Administering medications, managing IV lines, providing wound care, and performing technical procedures like catheterization.
Care Planning and Implementation: Creating, implementing, and evaluating personalized patient care plans, often in collaboration with doctors.
Patient Safety \& Advocacy: Ensuring a safe environment, preventing infections, following safety protocols, and acting as a patient advocate to protect their interests.
Documentation \& Reporting: Maintaining accurate, detailed records of patient history, treatment progress, and clinical updates

Education \& Counselling: Educating patients and their families on diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.

Communication \& Collaboration: Coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, specialists, and support staff.

Diagnostic Support: Collecting lab specimens (blood, urine) and operating medical equipment
