Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Field Sales for the Textile Processing \& Textile Chemical industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage existing accounts and develop new customers to achieve sales targets
• Generate new business through technical sales presentations and product support
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ensure customer retention within company credit policy
• Follow up for outstanding payments and manage Accounts Receivable
• Provide professional technical support and service to customers
• Develop and maintain prospect and customer databases
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments
• Prepare regular sales and market reports for management

Requirements

• 5 years in Textile Chemical Sales + 2 years in Textile Processing Unit in Surat, OR
• 10 years of experience exclusively in Textile Chemical Sales
• Strong field sales and business development experience
• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Customer-oriented and target-driven approach
• Strong relationship-building and account management skills
• Willing to station at Surat
