About the Role

• We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join a growing IT \& Software Development company.
• The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT Business Development,
• Lead Generation and International Client Handling, with experience using platforms such as Upwork, PeoplePerHour and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through Upwork, PeoplePerHour, LinkedIn \& other platforms
• Identify potential clients and software development opportunities
• Prepare customized proposals according to client requirements
• Communicate and build relationships with international clients
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into projects
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with the technical team
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline
• Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in IT Business Development / Lead Generation
• Hands-on experience with Upwork, PeoplePerHour \& LinkedIn
• Excellent English communication skills – written \& verbal
• Experience dealing with international clients
• Strong proposal writing, negotiation and follow-up skills
• Basic understanding of Web, Mobile, SaaS, AI or UI/UX development is a plus
• Graduate in any relevant field preferred
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
