• We are looking for an experienced
• *Head Chef / Sous Chef to lead our vegetarian kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily kitchen operations and team
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, consistency & presentation
• Handle inventory, food cost and kitchen checklists
• Train and supervise kitchen staff
• Maintain SOPs and ensure smooth service
• Support menu planning and new dish development
• *Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong experience in vegetarian café/restaurant operations
• Good knowledge of kitchen management, inventory & food costing
• Leadership and team-management skills
• Candidates with café/speciality coffee experience preferred
