About this job
We are looking for Entry Level Pastry Chefs/ Pastry Commis and Pastry Assistants.
Your day to day role involves
- Daily Production
- Inventory Management
- Reading recipes carefully and replicating them
- Handling online and offline orders
- Work with Hygiene and maintain those standards
- Making of all the desserts and their assembly and storage
- Following FIFO for raw materials and inventory
